19' Bowrider Policies

1) Renters must be 21 years or older to rent a vessel.

2) All boats within a class are on a first come, first serve basis, but we will do our best to accommodate your preferences.

3) 72 hour minimum cancellation policy that gives you a full refund less a $50.00 cancellation fee.  Anything less than 72 hours results in a loss of $500.00.

4) No refunds for cancellations due to weather.

5) Pets are allowed with a $75 pet fee. Each pet counts as 1 person when it comes to the capacity limitations on each vessel.

6) For multi-day rentals, there will be a $30 per day charge to keep the boat docked with us and it needs to be returned to the marina each day of the rental by 5:00 PM. 

7) For those that will be keeping the boat off marina property, you will need to provide the location of where the boat will be docked. Boats are not equipped for nighttime use and should remain docked until 30 minutes after sunrise and 30 minutes prior to sunset. 

8) No Smoking or Vaping on the vessels.

9) Each rental is allowed to park one car on marina property, free of charge. Additional cars will be charged $20 per day. All cars left on marina property are required to leave their keys with staff in the rental office.

10) Boats WILL NOT fit under any bridge on the lake.

11) Boat radios are not guranteed.  It is suggested that customer brings an alternative device, if desired.

12)Waterskiing, and similar towed activities, are limited to the hours between sunrise and sunset. Anyone towed by a vessel must wear a securely fastened U.S. Coast Guard approved personal flotation device. This includes those on water skis, inner tubes, inflatable devices, to name a few.  In addition to the driver, a spotter (min. 10 years of age) must always be present on the boat when engaging in watersports 

13) A cleaning fee may apply to boats returned in a manner we deem excessivley dirty- this is most often a result of boats that have been used for camping, or have been mistreated with respect to food/drink and or trash that has been allowed to collect or sit.  This may range from $50.00 - $100.00  

14) Insurance is not offered on rental boats.  Renter is responsible for any damage or loss of equipment that may occur during the rental period.
